BACHELOR "Brotherhood Action & Helpline Organization"
The Brotherhood Action & Helpline Organization was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Davao City, Philippines on May 1994 thru the technical assistance of Bro. Edgar Ceriales, a Marist religious brother based in Notre Dame of Kidapawan College in North Cotabato. The organization was formalized from its prototype all-men's club called the BACHELOR's Club of Pikit in Cotabato, Philippines founded by then bachelor Dr. Anacleto B. Millendez on February 1989. The other core members of the BACHELOR's Club were Engr. Allan Aliman, Mr. Rey John Ceriales, Mr. Bobby dela Serna, Engr. Cornelio Quijano, Jr., Engr. Raul Quijano Jr., Engr. Edwin Mateo Quijano, Jr., Mr. Roman Guerrero, Jr., Mr. Edmund Cuevas, Mr. Alvin Bonilla, Mr. Elliver Cablitas, Mr. Rodolfo Melliza, Jr., Mr. Estanislaus Cuevas and Mr. Edward Cui.
